プライバシーポリシー（青葉 / Aoba）

「青葉」（以下「本アプリ」）は、個人が開発・提供するiPhone / iPad向け読書アプリです。 本ポリシーは、本アプリにおける情報の取り扱いについて説明します。

1. 収集する情報

本アプリは、氏名・メールアドレス・位置情報などの個人情報を収集しません。 アカウント登録機能もありません。

2. 端末内に保存する情報

以下の情報は、お使いの端末内にのみ保存され、外部のサーバーへ送信されることは ありません。

  • 読書設定（フォント・文字サイズ・行間・テーマ）
  • 読書進捗（読書位置）・お気に入り・読了状態
  • ダウンロード済み作品の本文データ

本アプリをアンインストールすると、これらのデータは端末から削除されます。

3. 外部通信

本アプリは、作品の検索・閲覧のために、青空文庫（aozora.gr.jp）が公開している 書誌情報CSVおよび作品本文データを、暗号化された通信（HTTPS）で取得します。 これは作品を表示するために必要な通信であり、それ以外の目的でユーザーの情報を 外部へ送信することはありません。

4. 広告・トラッキング・アクセス解析

本アプリは、広告表示・アクセス解析（アナリティクス）・第三者トラッキングを 一切行いません。App Tracking Transparency（ATT）の許諾も要求しません。

5. 第三者への提供

本アプリは、いかなる個人情報も第三者へ提供・販売しません（そもそも収集して いません）。

6. 著作権・データの出典について

本アプリが表示する作品本文・書誌情報は、電子図書館「青空文庫」が公開している データ（書誌情報CSVはCC BY 4.0ライセンス）を利用しています。本アプリは個人が 開発したものであり、青空文庫からの公認・関与を受けたものではありません。 詳細はアプリ内の「設定 > ライセンス・著作権表記」をご参照ください。

7. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーの内容は、法令の変更や本アプリの機能追加に応じて改訂することが あります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページの「最終更新日」を更新します。

Aoba ("the App") is a reading app for iPhone and iPad developed and provided by an individual developer. This policy explains how the App handles information.

1. Information We Collect

The App does not collect any personal information such as your name, email address, or location. There is no account registration.

2. Information Stored On Your Device

The following information is stored only on your device and is never sent to any external server:

  • Reading preferences (font, text size, line spacing, theme)
  • Reading progress (reading position), favorites, and finished status
  • Downloaded book text

Uninstalling the App removes this data from your device.

3. Network Communication

To search for and display books, the App fetches the publicly available bibliographic CSV and book text published by Aozora Bunko (aozora.gr.jp) over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. This communication is only used to display book content; no user information is sent for any other purpose.

4. Advertising, Tracking, and Analytics

The App does not display ads, use analytics, or perform any third-party tracking. It does not request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission.

5. Sharing With Third Parties

The App does not share or sell any personal information to third parties (as none is collected).

Book text and bibliographic data displayed by the App come from Aozora Bunko, a public-domain digital library (the bibliographic CSV is licensed under CC BY 4.0). The App is developed independently and is not officially affiliated with or endorsed by Aozora Bunko. See "Settings > License & Copyright" in the App for details.

7. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be revised to reflect legal requirements or new App features. The "Last updated" date above will be updated for material changes.
